THE LIFESTYLE CHRONICLE: THE HOLIDAY

Sun, Sea and Shopping

- Since last Thursday I have been harbouring the holiday blues.
In a bid to bring back some that ol' holiday magic I thought you might fancy reliving my holiday memories with me.

As you probably know already, I went on my jolly holidays to Turkey a few weeks ago.
(You can read all about my holiday packing post HERE)
Turkey really was a beautiful place, packed with culture and amazing excursions.
Dan and I had a blast.

I love a good market, I love ethnic style accessories and I love finding a gem.
Turkey was the perfect place for all of the above.

We enjoyed mud baths, cruises, jeep adventures, sulphur pools, super hot sunshine and lots of history.
We also headed to the Greek island of Rhodes which is a mere 90 minutes away.
Rhodes was so beautiful and I would love to go back to discover more from the island.

I love this dress, paired with embellished Primark sandals and simple accessories, you can find more about the dress in this post right HERE.

I bought a few bits and bobs for my bedroom too.
Here's to some haulin' baby!

Years of fake tan and experimenting with make-up my bedroom carpet is ruined so I decided upon this beautiful handcrafted Turkish rug would be the perfect cover up.

I fell in love with this lanten and it looks so beautiful with a bright tea light inside of it.

These bags are so adorable, I wanted to buy a back pack in a similar pattern and shade but this shoulder bag is perfect for going out for a meal or even for shopping in the daytime.

I had the best holiday ever and I have made some amazing memories.

Unfortunately when I returned home I was greeted with some heartbreaking news regarding two members of my closest and dearest family who I love so very much.
I would just like to dedicate this post to a very special lady and hero of mine.
