THE HAIRDYE CHRONICLE: SUPERDRUG COLOUR VIBRANCE RED

mango copper burst

- This week I gave yet another red hair dye a chance to become my favourite.
It does however seem that the Garnier Nutrisse dye I tried last month is unbelieably hard to beat.

I gave the Superdrug Colour Vibrance dye a whirl in a bid to top up my colour.
I am still in the mood for auburn hair so I gave the shade Mango Copper burst a try.

The Colour Vibrance dye's are great value for money at £4.49, perfect for anybody on a budget.

The dye is applied to dry hair.
I left the solution on my mid lengths for 20 minutes and on the end of my hair for 10.

The colour is a little scary in the bottle but washes off a dark yellow colour.

I found that the mixture is quite drying and my hair needed some serious conditioning post dye.
I used the entire tube of the Intensive Colour Conditioner and left it on my hair for 10 minutes.

The dye itself worked effectively and I love the colour.
For the price you can't really complain though as it gets the job done nicely and fuss free.
Just make sure you have plenty of intensive conditioner to hand!
Have you tried the Superdrug dyes?
