THE HAIR CARE CHRONICLE: L’OREAL PARIS FERIA DYE

– Last week I took myself into a hair salon for a hair cut.
Having left it almost a year and a half between trims, the stylist looked at my dry, over processed ends and demanded that I had over an inch lopped off or he would refuse to cut it.

With his bombshell upon my shoulders I instructed him to take as much off as he wanted.
And he did….
My hair that once sat upon my chest now bobs around somewhere much further above and I have to say that I love how much better it feels and washes.
My hair was getting to the point where it would fall out in clumps and a brush wouldn’t even go through the ends that were so straw like and vile.
Hooray for a hair cut.
The stylist assumed that I use hair straighteners every day and proceeded to give me a lecture on heat.
Little did he know that he was barking up the wrong tree and a simple box of hairdye was actually to blame.
I would love to say that I followed his wise words but I can’t say that I did.
Without a moments thought I headed to Superdrug to find something to revitalise my colour.

The dye applied nicely to towel dried hair and didn’t smell half as bad as other dye’s that I have tried.
The developing time was 30 minutes but I only left it on my hair for 25.
After Colour Application

I am pleased with the colour result which has provided me with a gorgeous deep, cherry red shade – perfect for Christmas!

Have you ever tried a Feria dye before?
