January is such a strange month isn't it?
The weather is still cold and grey and there isn't a great deal to look forward to as the lighter evenings are still a few months away.

There are a few things that I like to do when the weather outside is uninspiring and the January blues seem to be rearing their ugly faces.

The Feel Good Film: I am one of those snuggle under a quilt with cosy pjays on kind of gals.
Life always feels a little less blue after popping on a film. My favourite is Breakfast at Tiffany's, it always seems to cure the mean reds.

Do Something Fun With Friends: Being on your own can sometime's make you feel even more fed up with yourself. Call up your girlfriends and head out somewhere. I like to smudge on some lippy and meet my friends Lauren and Laura in the city. We often head to one our favourite haunts Rococo  for hot chocolate (or chai latte in my case).

Make Time To Pamper: A long soak in a bubble bath (preferably with inclusion of Lush product) will always make me feel a little more human. Recently I have been taking a bath whilst listening to the absolute babes that are HAIM, now there are some sassy ladies.
