Recently, I have been really into lip products.
I often find that I go through phases when it comes to make-up, sometimes favouring creative eye make-up or being completely obsessed with blush.

I am currently loving all things lips.

The Care: For ultimate lip hydration I have been using the Dove - Caring Lip Balm.
Throughout the winter season my lips become increasingly, dry and sore. I always have to have some lip balm on hand to keep my lips soft and nourishing before applying lipgloss or lipstick.
The Dove balm not only works brilliantly but it also smells amazing, like Dove body products, sweet smelling like vanilla and calmomile.

The Plumper: When I was around seventeen I was obsessed with lip products that plumped up your lips leaving them fuller and glossy. As time passed by, my love for lip plumpers fell by the wayside until I was introduced to the Soap and Glory - Sexy Mother Pucker lipgloss.
I have heard raving reviews from Fleur and Tati about this product, but it was only until my friend Laura let me use her gloss in the shade Punch Bowl that I was sold.
Not only is it the perfect nude, but it also makes your lips look and feel amazingly full for over three hours.

The Pencil: I often find that lip pencil products are far too drying on my lips and the colour pay off is not always as opaque as I would like. For the past week I have worn nothing else on my lips other than the Illamasqua Medium Pencil in 'Thrush'. The highly pigmented, neon orange shade looks great on the lips against neutral eye make-up. The Illamasqua medium pencils can also be used on the eyes but on the lips they are creamy not exceptionally drying and leave a beautiful pop of colour on the lips lasting over two hours without the need to touch up.
