Monday night called for date night with my two lovely friends Lauren and Laura, we headed to Byron Burger in Liverpool One and managed to get ourselves into some serious food coma's.
I opted for the classic burger with american style cheese complete with a side order of skin on fries and chipotle dip.
I have to say it was a lovely evening and for the first time in a while I laughed hard and loud, those girls really do me good, I headed home after dinner with my stomach aching from so much laughing, I think that i'm on the mend.

It appears to have been a foody week as I also had my first experience of Jamaican food with my friend. We discussed what is right and what is wrong with Baz Luhurmann's Gatsby whilst chowing down on festival dumplings and jerk chicken.

This weekend I headed home again and had dinner with my Grandparents, I love catching up with them because these days it is more important than it has ever been to do so.
