Last week I was reunited with my make-up tower and I have to say that I was more than a little happy to see a few familiar products again.

I usually carry my everyday make-up essentials in my 'Emergency Repair Kit' make-up bag from Primark however, I was starting to become a little hot and cold with the products in there.

This week I decided to shake things up a little and revisit some old favourites.
On my face I have been reached for the cult Rimmel 'Wake Me Up' foundation, I had forgotten how lightly it sits on the skin -  giving a subtle glow and dewy finish. 'The Wake Me Up' paired with 'Soft and Gentle' mineralise skin finish from MAC is the perfect 'lit within' combination giving you an 8 hour sleep effect refresh.

For concealer I have been re-using a 2True concealer which I bought from Superdrug for around £1. The formula is creamy and gives a medium, build-able coverage.

I have also opted to go back to my old favourite bronzer from Elizabeth Arden.
As a deeper bronzer I usually use this in the summer when I have a little more colour to my cheeks however, I have really been lusting after a super sunkissed glow.

On my eyes I have been adding a touch of vintage to my everyday look by using a beautiful, muted green colour on my eyelids. The shade itself actually belonged to my Nana so it makes me feel happy when I wear it as it it was one of her personal favourites.
I pair it with the slightly shimmery 'Green Smoke' eyeshadow by MAC - a deeper, emerald green that looks great in the crease and taken underneath the lower lash line.

Finally, a few coats of 'They're Real' by Benefit is all it takes to up the amp on the old peepers to create a dramatic, smokey look that can take you from day to night.
