In the Autumn I start to be gravitated towards Christmassy colours, perhaps in preparation for my festive make-up. I have recently been reaching for warmer, red toned products to paint my face with.
In winter I tend to wear a more full coverage foundation, the Collection 'Lasting Perfection' Foundation is the perfect choice, it is full coverage, moisturising and incredibly long lasting. On my cheeks I add a subtle bronze for contour and depth to the face as well as a pinch to the cheeks through blush, my Bobbi Brown powder in 'Rosegold.' To add a wintery glow to the cheeks 'Soft and Gentle' mineralise skin finish from MAC is my weapon of choice.  I am still sticking to my smokey eye trio which is nicely provided by the Models Own 'Smokey Eye Kit.' I wouldn't usually pair a smokey with such a bold lip but in this case I think it works really nicely. My A/W red has always been 'Ruby Woo' by MAC...When the wind blows it doesn't attract hair to stick and sits nicely through countless slurps of  Pumpkin Spiced lattes.
