Before + After Superdrug Colour Vibrance in ‘Mango Copper Burst’ // Hair Dye Review

Superdrug Colour Vibrance in 'Mango Copper Burst'

This week I gave yet another red hair dye a chance to become my favourite. It does, however, seem that the Garnier Nutrisse dye I tried last month is unbelievably hard to beat. I gave the Superdrug Colour Vibrance dye in ‘Mango Copper Burst’ a whirl in a bid to top up my copper colour. I am still in the mood for auburn hair so I gave the shade Mango Copper burst a try. The Colour Vibrance dyes are great value for money at £4.49, perfect for anybody on a budget.

The dye is applied to dry hair.  I left the solution on my mid-lengths for 20 minutes and on the end of my hair for 10. The colour is a little scary in the bottle but washes off a dark yellow colour.
I found that the mixture is quite drying and my hair needed some serious conditioning post-dye.
I used the entire tube of the Intensive Colour Conditioner and left it on my hair for 10 minutes.

The dye itself worked effectively and I love the colour. For the price, you can’t really complain though as it gets the job done nicely and fuss-free. Just make sure you have plenty of intensive conditioner to hand!
