Urban Decay ‘NYC Palette’ // A Review

Lid:Last Call | Crease Psychdelic Sister|
Lower lashline Radium

Whenever I am getting ready for an occasion in Liverpool, I always ask my best friend

if I could borrow her Urban Decay NYC Palette
I think that for such a diverse range of wearable colours this palette is spot on.
Obviously, Urban Decay eye shadows are fantastic, I can’t fault their Naked Palette but there is something about this magical palette that makes me think Carrie Bradshaw would have this in her make-up drawer.
The NYC palette is a 2012 revamp of the UD Book Of Shadows Volume 3.
The packaging is amazing, think DVD box set, sturdy and durable.
Inside the lid is an amazing light up, pop up New York City which I think is such a fun element.
Below the city is a slide out drawer which did contain a primer potion and a 24-7 liner.
I won’t go into too much detail about those as I am today focusing on the shadows themselves.
The pigmentation is amazing however the excess glitter fall out is not so hot, make sure you do your eye make-up first if you are applying these shadows.
